Grilled Peaches with Mascarpone Cheese
Peaches and cream is an incredibly popular and delicious combination, but this recipe elevates the classic dessert with caramelized flavors and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Serves 6
Ingredients for the mascarpone topping:
- 4 oz. mascarpone cheese
- 1½ tbsp. honey
- 3 tbsp. heavy cream
- Ground cinnamon, for sprinkling
Ingredients for the peaches:
- 2 tbsp. unsalted butter, divided
- 2 tbsp. honey
- ¼ tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 peaches, halved and pitted
- Nonstick spray

Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together mascarpone cheese, honey, and heavy cream. Set aside.
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan on medium heat. Stir in the honey and vanilla extract, and mix until everything is well combined. Brush the mixture onto the fleshy side of the peaches.
- Spray the grill with a nonstick spray, and place the peaches on the grill with the buttered side facing down.
- Grill for 4–5 minutes. Remove peaches from the grill, and brush the opposite side with the remaining 1 tablespoon of melted butter.
- Place the peaches back on the grill, buttered side down, for another 4–5 minutes.
- Remove the peaches from the grill, and top with the mascarpone cheese mixture and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
