Honey and Cinnamon Grilled Cantaloupe
Cantaloupe is no longer just for fruit salad! This healthy dessert gives cantaloupe powerful hints of sugar and spice thanks to a generous amount of honey, brown sugar, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Serving size: 1 skewer
Ingredients:
- 1 cantaloupe, cubed
- ⅓ c. honey
- ¼ c. butter
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar

Instructions:
- Heat the grill to medium-high. Cut cantaloupe into 2-inch cubes, and slide onto metal skewers.
- Combine honey, butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar in a saucepan until melted and smooth. Brush half the mixture onto the cantaloupe.
- Place cantaloupe skewers on the grill, and cook for 1–2 minutes on each side.
- Remove from the grill, and serve with the remaining sauce.
