If you like your food a little spicy, you’re going to love the combination of chili and sweet mango in this vibrant dessert.

Serves 8

Ingredients:
  • 4 mangoes
  • 2 tbsp. canola oil
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt, to taste
  • ¼ tsp. chili powder

Instructions:
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Slice mangoes in half, and score the flesh in a diagonal pattern.
  2. Brush the flesh with oil, and grill (flesh side down) for one minute.
  3. Remove mangoes from the grill. Drizzle with lime juice, and sprinkle with salt and chili powder before serving.
