Grilled Chili Mangoes
If you like your food a little spicy, you’re going to love the combination of chili and sweet mango in this vibrant dessert.
Serves 8
Ingredients:
- 4 mangoes
- 2 tbsp. canola oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt, to taste
- ¼ tsp. chili powder

Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Slice mangoes in half, and score the flesh in a diagonal pattern.
- Brush the flesh with oil, and grill (flesh side down) for one minute.
- Remove mangoes from the grill. Drizzle with lime juice, and sprinkle with salt and chili powder before serving.
