A Double Dose of Dinner
Tai Bai Turkey Sheet Pan Meal
Not only is this dish fun to say, it’s also a one-pan wonder that’s full of flavor and exotic spices—the perfect way to mix up your weeknight dinner routine.
Tai Bai sauce:
- ½ tbsp. Szechuan peppercorns, crushed
- 1 tsp. Chinese five-spice
- 1 jalapeño pepper, sliced and seeds removed (or keep for added spice)
- 1 c. red bell peppers, chopped
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. mirin
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
Vegetables and turkey:
- 1 lb. raw turkey breast, sliced
- 3 c. baby bok choy
- 1 c. shiitake mushrooms
Garnishes:
- ¼ c. scallions, chopped
- 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp. peanuts, crushed

- Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a sheet pan with pan release spray.
- In a food processor, blend together peppercorns, five-spice, jalapeño, red bell peppers, oil, honey, mirin, and soy sauce.
- Lay out the turkey and vegetables evenly on a sheet pan, and brush with the sauce. Bake for about 20 minutes or until turkey is cooked thoroughly.
- Sprinkle with scallions, sesame seeds, and peanuts before serving. Serves 4
