Espresso Milkshake

Coffee lovers, rejoice! This milkshake recipe has all the great flavor of your favorite coffee ice cream, only healthier.

Ingredients:
  • 1½ c. chocolate-flavored nonfat yogurt
  • ½ c. brewed espresso, chilled
  • ¼ c. honey or agave syrup
  • 1 c. canned low-fat coconut milk
  • 4 ripe bananas, frozen
  • 1 c. nonfat whipped topping
  • 4 maraschino cherries

  1. Place the yogurt, espresso, honey or agave syrup, coconut milk, and bananas into a blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the milkshake evenly into four glasses, top each with whipped topping and a cherry, and serve.
  3. Serves 4
