If sweet and sour are your preferred flavors, then the sidecar is calling your name.

Ingredients:
  • Lemon wedge
  • Sugar, for the rim
  • 2 oz. cognac
  • ¾ oz. triple sec
  • ¾ oz. lemon juice
  • Ice
  • Lemon twist, for garnish


Print Recipe
  1. Rim a chilled glass with the lemon wedge, and then coat the rim in sugar.
  2. In a shaker, combine the cognac, triple sec, lemon juice, and ice. Shake until chilled.
  3. Strain into the rimmed glass, and garnish with lemon twist.
  4. For a mocktail: Replace cognac and triple sec with orange soda.

    Makes one cocktail
