
A Sweet End to Summer
Espresso Milkshake
Coffee lovers, rejoice! This milkshake recipe has all the great flavor of your favorite coffee ice cream, only healthier.
Ingredients:
- 1½ c. chocolate-flavored nonfat yogurt
 - ½ c. brewed espresso, chilled
 - ¼ c. honey or agave syrup
 - 1 c. canned low-fat coconut milk
 - 4 ripe bananas, frozen
 - 1 c. nonfat whipped topping
 - 4 maraschino cherries

- Place the yogurt, espresso, honey or agave syrup, coconut milk, and bananas into a blender, and blend until smooth.
 - Pour the milkshake evenly into four glasses, top each with whipped topping and a cherry, and serve. Serves 4
