Entertain with Ease
Sorbet for Days
When you’re in the mood for a frozen treat but want to get in your daily serving of fruit, sorbet is your best bet! Light, fruity, and perfectly sweet, sorbet is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser at any summer get-together.
Berry-Mint
Ingredients
- 1½ c. water
- 1½ c. sugar
- 1 c. blueberries
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- Few sprigs fresh mint, finely chopped

- Combine the water, sugar, and blueberries in a saucepan, and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to a simmer, and continue to cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until blueberries are reduced.
- Stir in the lemon juice and mint, and pour the mixture into a metal loaf pan. Freeze for at least 6 hours.
Serves 2
Creamy Peach
Ingredients
- 1½ c. water
- 1½ c. sugar
- 1 c. peaches, peeled and diced
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- ¼ c. mascarpone
Print Recipe
- Combine the water, sugar, diced peaches, and lemon juice in a saucepan, and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to a simmer, and continue to cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the peaches are reduced.
- Pour the mixture into a metal loaf pan, and spoon in the mascarpone in small dollops. Using a knife, incorporate the cheese into the mixture, and freeze for at least 6 hours.

Blushing Berry
Ingredients
- 1½ c. water
- 1½ c. sugar
- 1 c. strawberries, diced
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- ½ c. dry rosé
Print Recipe
- Combine the water, sugar, strawberries, and lemon juice in a saucepan, and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to a simmer, and continue to cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until strawberries are reduced.
- Add in the rosé, and stir to combine. Pour into a metal loaf pan, and freeze for at least 6 hours.
