Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough Truffles

These bite-sized truffles are bursting with sugary cinnamon flavor—the perfect comfort food treat for any holiday gathering.

Ingredients
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1⅛ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 8 ounces white chocolate chips
  • Cinnamon-sugar mixture, for garnish

Print Recipe
  1. Combine the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add the cinnamon, and mix again.
  2. Add the flour, and mix thoroughly until everything is well blended. Mix in the milk until the dough is stiff. (Note: If the dough is too stiff, add another teaspoon of milk.)
  3. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls, place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, and chill for 30–60 minutes.
  4. Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, and heat on high for 1 minute. Stir, and then heat for 30 seconds; repeat until chocolate is melted.
  5. Use a fork to carefully dip each truffle in the chocolate until it’s completely covered, and let the excess drip off. Place it back on the cookie sheet, and garnish with cinnamon-sugar before the chocolate sets. Repeat with all truffles.
