Almond Butter Toast with Pears and Honey

There are some people who prefer a sweet breakfast, be it pancakes with maple syrup or a Belgian waffle topped with fresh fruit and whipped cream. If you fall under that category, you’re sure to love this twist on toast—spread with a healthy dose of almond butter and topped with fresh pear slices.

Ingredients:
  • 2 slices, bread of choice
  • 2 tbsp. almond butter
  • 1 pear, sliced thin
  • A handful of pecans, crushed
  • ½ tsp. honey
  • Cinnamon, for sprinkling


Print Recipe
  1. Toast both slices of bread until browned.
  2. Spread the almond butter evenly onto both pieces, and top with the pear slices and crushed pecans.
  3. Top with a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  4. Makes two pieces of toast
